Ce que nous enregistrons
- Compte : ton e-mail (connexion par code à 6 chiffres envoyé par e-mail, pas de mot de passe). L'e-mail n'est visible par personne d'autre.
- Profil : nom affiché (pseudo), nom d'équipe, couleur et mascotte, photo de profil.
- Âge : ton année de naissance sert à vérifier l'âge minimum de 16 ans. Nous ne gardons qu'un mois de naissance (décembre de l'année indiquée, sauf si tu as 16 ans cette année). Il n'est jamais affiché.
- Matchs : discipline, joueurs, score, date, vainqueur, niveau et statistiques qui en découlent, défis, commentaires et réactions.
- Photos : photos de match et de profil que tu ajoutes. Elles sont visibles par ta crew.
- Notifications : si tu les actives, un identifiant d'appareil (token push) pour t'envoyer des notifications.
- Signalements et retours : motif, note et copie du contenu signalé ; messages que tu envoies via « Feedback ».
- Données techniques d'erreur : rapports de plantage et version de l'app, via Sentry.
Sur ton appareil
La session de connexion est gardée sur l'appareil. L'app demande l'appareil photo pour les photos et le scan d'un code ami, et la photothèque pour enregistrer tes posters.
Pourquoi et sur quelle base
- Fournir le service (compte, profil, matchs, photos, commentaires, notifications) : exécution du contrat, art. 6 (1) b RGPD.
- Sécurité, lutte contre les abus, signalements et rapports d'erreur : intérêt légitime, art. 6 (1) f RGPD, à savoir garder l'app sûre et stable.
Pas de pub, pas de pistage
Pas de publicité, pas d'outil d'analyse, pas de revente de données. Ce site n'utilise aucun cookie ; il garde seulement ton choix de langue dans le stockage local (localStorage) de ton navigateur. Ses polices sont hébergées ici.
Prestataires
Nous faisons appel à des sous-traitants au sens de l'art. 28 RGPD :
- Supabase : backend, base de données et stockage, région UE.
- Resend : envoi des e-mails de connexion.
- Expo Push, avec Apple (APNs) et Google (FCM) : notifications push.
- Sentry (de.sentry.io) : rapports d'erreur.
- Cloudflare : hébergement du site web.
Plusieurs de ces prestataires sont établis aux États-Unis. Les transferts sont encadrés par les clauses contractuelles types de la Commission européenne ou par le EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Conservation et suppression
Tes données restent tant que ton compte existe. Tu peux le supprimer à tout moment dans l'app (Profile → Settings → Account). Profil, photos, commentaires et réactions sont alors supprimés ; tes matchs restent pour les autres joueurs, sans lien avec ton compte. Les sauvegardes sont conservées 30 jours, puis effacées.
Tes droits
Accès, rectification, effacement, limitation, portabilité et opposition (RGPD). Écris à privacy@omnigoat.app. Si tu estimes que tes droits ne sont pas respectés, tu peux saisir la CNIL (cnil.fr).
Âge minimum
OmniGoat est réservé aux personnes de 16 ans et plus. Si nous apprenons qu'un compte appartient à une personne plus jeune, nous le supprimons.
Modifications
Nous pouvons modifier cette déclaration, par exemple si l'app change. La date de mise à jour figure en haut de la page ; en cas de changement important, nous t'en informons dans l'app.

What we store
- Account: your e-mail (sign-in with a 6-digit code sent by e-mail, no password). Nobody else can see your e-mail.
- Profile: display name (nickname), team name, colour and mascot, profile photo.
- Age: your birth year is used to check the minimum age of 16. We keep only a birth month (December of the year you give, unless you turn 16 this year). It is never shown.
- Matches: game, players, score, date, winner, the level and stats derived from them, challenges, comments and reactions.
- Photos: match and profile photos you add. Your crew can see them.
- Notifications: if you turn them on, a device identifier (push token) to send you notifications.
- Reports and feedback: reason, note and a copy of the reported content; messages you send through “Feedback”.
- Technical error data: crash reports and app version via Sentry.
On your device
The sign-in session is kept on the device. The app asks for the camera (photos and scanning a friend's code) and the photo library (saving your posters).
Why and on what basis
- Providing the service (account, profile, matches, photos, comments, notifications): performance of a contract, Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
- Security, abuse prevention, reports and error reports: legitimate interest, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, namely keeping the app safe and stable.
No ads, no tracking
No advertising, no analytics tools, no selling of data. This website sets no cookies; it only keeps your language choice in your browser's local storage (localStorage). Its fonts are hosted here.
Service providers
We use processors within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR:
- Supabase: backend, database and storage, EU region.
- Resend: sending the sign-in e-mails.
- Expo Push, via Apple (APNs) and Google (FCM): push notifications.
- Sentry (de.sentry.io): error reports.
- Cloudflare: website hosting.
Several of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Retention and deletion
Your data stays as long as your account exists. You can delete it any time in the app (Profile → Settings → Account). Profile, photos, comments and reactions are then deleted; your matches stay for the other players, no longer linked to your account. Backups are kept for 30 days and then erased.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (GDPR). Write to privacy@omnigoat.app. If you think your rights are not respected, you can complain to your data protection authority (in France: CNIL, cnil.fr).
Minimum age
OmniGoat is for people aged 16 and over. If we learn that an account belongs to someone younger, we delete it.
Changes
We may update this notice, for example when the app changes. The date of the last update is at the top of the page; for important changes we tell you in the app.

Was wir speichern
- Konto: deine E-Mail (Anmeldung mit 6-stelligem Code per E-Mail, kein Passwort). Niemand sonst sieht deine E-Mail.
- Profil: Anzeigename (Spitzname), Teamname, Farbe und Maskottchen, Profilfoto.
- Alter: Dein Geburtsjahr dient der Prüfung des Mindestalters von 16. Wir speichern nur einen Geburtsmonat (Dezember des angegebenen Jahres, außer du wirst dieses Jahr 16). Er wird nie angezeigt.
- Matches: Disziplin, Spieler, Ergebnis, Datum, Sieger, daraus abgeleitetes Level und Statistiken, Challenges, Kommentare und Reaktionen.
- Fotos: Match- und Profilfotos, die du hinzufügst. Deine Crew sieht sie.
- Benachrichtigungen: wenn du sie einschaltest, eine Gerätekennung (Push-Token), um dir Mitteilungen zu senden.
- Meldungen und Feedback: Grund, Notiz und Kopie des gemeldeten Inhalts; Nachrichten über „Feedback“.
- Technische Fehlerdaten: Absturzberichte und App-Version über Sentry.
Auf deinem Gerät
Die Anmeldesitzung bleibt auf dem Gerät. Die App fragt nach der Kamera (Fotos und Scan eines Freundes-Codes) und der Fotomediathek (Poster speichern).
Zwecke und Rechtsgrundlagen
- Bereitstellung des Dienstes (Konto, Profil, Matches, Fotos, Kommentare, Benachrichtigungen): Vertragserfüllung, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO.
- Sicherheit, Missbrauchsschutz, Meldungen und Fehlerberichte: berechtigtes Interesse, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO, nämlich die App sicher und stabil zu halten.
Keine Werbung, kein Tracking
Keine Werbung, keine Analyse-Dienste, kein Datenverkauf. Diese Website setzt keine Cookies; sie speichert nur deine Sprachwahl im lokalen Speicher (localStorage) deines Browsers. Ihre Schriften liegen hier.

Speicherdauer und Löschung
Deine Daten bleiben, solange dein Konto besteht. Du kannst es jederzeit in der App löschen (Profile → Settings → Account). Profil, Fotos, Kommentare und Reaktionen werden dann gelöscht; deine Matches bleiben für die anderen Spieler, ohne Verbindung zu deinem Konto. Backups werden 30 Tage aufbewahrt und danach gelöscht.
Deine Rechte
Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Übertragbarkeit und Widerspruch (DSGVO). Schreib an privacy@omnigoat.app. Wenn du meinst, dass deine Rechte verletzt werden, kannst du dich bei deiner Datenschutzbehörde beschweren (in Frankreich: CNIL, cnil.fr).
Mindestalter
OmniGoat ist ab 16 Jahren. Erfahren wir, dass ein Konto einer jüngeren Person gehört, löschen wir es.
Änderungen
Wir können diese Erklärung ändern, zum Beispiel wenn sich die App ändert. Das Datum der letzten Änderung steht oben auf der Seite; bei wichtigen Änderungen informieren wir dich in der App.
