Ce qu'est OmniGoat
OmniGoat est une app gratuite pour défier tes amis dans leurs disciplines, noter les scores et partager des posters de victoire, au sein de crews fermées.
Qui peut jouer
OmniGoat est réservé aux personnes de 16 ans et plus, sur invitation d'une crew.
Ton compte
Un compte est personnel. Les informations que tu donnes doivent être exactes, et tu gardes l'accès à ton e-mail et à ton appareil. Tu es responsable de ce qui se passe avec ton compte.
Tes contenus
Tu restes titulaire des droits sur tes photos et textes. Tu nous accordes une licence gratuite, non exclusive, limitée à l'affichage de ces contenus dans l'app à ta crew, aussi longtemps que ton compte existe. N'ajoute que des photos pour lesquelles toutes les personnes visibles sont d'accord.
Comportements interdits
- Contenu haineux, sexuel, violent ou menaçant.
- Harcèlement, intimidation, usurpation d'identité.
- Faux résultats : ne note que de vrais matchs.
- Contenu illégal ou qui porte atteinte aux droits d'autrui.
- Tentatives de contourner la sécurité de l'app ou de perturber le service.
Les jeux à boire se jouent dans le cadre légal, avec modération et sans pression sur les autres.
Signaler et bloquer
Dans l'app, tu peux signaler un commentaire, une photo ou un profil, et bloquer un joueur. Nous examinons chaque signalement sous 24 heures. Écris-nous aussi à hello@omnigoat.app.
Suspension et suppression
Nous pouvons retirer un contenu, suspendre ou supprimer un compte qui enfreint ces conditions ou la loi, si nécessaire sans préavis.
Service gratuit
OmniGoat est gratuit et fourni tel quel. Nous ne garantissons pas une disponibilité continue : le service peut être interrompu ou modifié.
Responsabilité
Notre responsabilité est limitée dans la mesure permise par le droit français. Aucune limitation ne s'applique en cas de faute intentionnelle, de faute lourde ou de dommage corporel.
Fin du compte
Tu peux supprimer ton compte à tout moment dans l'app (Profile → Settings → Account).
Modifications des conditions
Nous pouvons modifier ces conditions. En cas de changement important, nous t'en informons dans l'app ; si tu continues à utiliser OmniGoat après, tu acceptes la nouvelle version.
Droit applicable et litiges
Ces conditions sont soumises au droit français. En cas de problème, écris-nous d'abord à hello@omnigoat.app : nous cherchons une solution à l'amiable. À défaut, les tribunaux compétents sont ceux désignés par la loi.
En cas de divergence entre les versions linguistiques, la version française prévaut.

What OmniGoat is
OmniGoat is a free app to challenge your friends in their games, log scores and share win posters, inside closed crews.
Who can play
OmniGoat is for people aged 16 and over, by invitation of a crew.
Your account
An account is personal. The information you give must be accurate, and you keep access to your e-mail and your device. You are responsible for what happens with your account.
Your content
You keep the rights to your photos and texts. You give us a free, non-exclusive licence limited to showing that content to your crew in the app, for as long as your account exists. Only add photos that everyone visible in them is fine with.
Prohibited behaviour
- Hateful, sexual, violent or threatening content.
- Harassment, bullying, impersonation.
- Fake results: only log real matches.
- Illegal content or content that infringes the rights of others.
- Trying to bypass the security of the app or to disrupt the service.
Drinking games are played within the law, in moderation and without pressure on others.
Reporting and blocking
In the app you can report a comment, a photo or a profile, and block a player. We review every report within 24 hours. You can also write to hello@omnigoat.app.
Suspension and removal
We may remove content, and suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms or the law, without notice if necessary.
Free service
OmniGoat is free and provided as is. We do not guarantee continuous availability: the service may be interrupted or changed.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by French law. No limitation applies in case of intentional misconduct, gross negligence or personal injury.
Ending your account
You can delete your account any time in the app (Profile → Settings → Account).
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. For important changes we tell you in the app; if you keep using OmniGoat afterwards, you accept the new version.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If there is a problem, first write to us at hello@omnigoat.app: we will look for an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts with jurisdiction under the law apply.
In case of differences between the language versions, the French version prevails.

Wer mitspielen darf
OmniGoat ist ab 16 Jahren, mit Einladung einer Crew.
Dein Konto
Ein Konto ist persönlich. Deine Angaben müssen stimmen, und du behältst Zugriff auf deine E-Mail und dein Gerät. Du bist verantwortlich für das, was mit deinem Konto passiert.
Deine Inhalte
Die Rechte an deinen Fotos und Texten bleiben bei dir. Du räumst uns eine unentgeltliche, nicht ausschließliche Lizenz ein, diese Inhalte deiner Crew in der App anzuzeigen, solange dein Konto besteht. Lade nur Fotos hoch, mit denen alle Abgebildeten einverstanden sind.
Verbotenes Verhalten
- Hasserfüllte, sexuelle, gewalttätige oder bedrohende Inhalte.
- Belästigung, Mobbing, Vortäuschen einer anderen Identität.
- Erfundene Ergebnisse: trag nur echte Matches ein.
- Rechtswidrige Inhalte oder Inhalte, die Rechte anderer verletzen.
- Versuche, die Sicherheit der App zu umgehen oder den Dienst zu stören.
Trinkspiele nur im gesetzlichen Rahmen, in Maßen und ohne Druck auf andere.
Melden und blockieren
In der App kannst du Kommentare, Fotos und Profile melden und Spieler blockieren. Wir prüfen jede Meldung innerhalb von 24 Stunden. Du kannst uns auch an hello@omnigoat.app schreiben.
Sperren und Entfernen
Wir können Inhalte entfernen und Konten sperren oder löschen, die gegen diese Bedingungen oder das Gesetz verstoßen, wenn nötig ohne Vorankündigung.
Kostenloser Dienst
OmniGoat ist kostenlos und wird so bereitgestellt, wie es ist. Eine ständige Verfügbarkeit garantieren wir nicht: Der Dienst kann unterbrochen oder geändert werden.
Haftung
Unsere Haftung ist beschränkt, soweit das französische Recht es zulässt. Keine Beschränkung gilt bei Vorsatz, grober Fahrlässigkeit oder Schäden an Leben, Körper und Gesundheit.
Konto beenden
Du kannst dein Konto jederzeit in der App löschen (Profile → Settings → Account).
Änderungen der Bedingungen
Wir können diese Bedingungen ändern. Bei wichtigen Änderungen informieren wir dich in der App; wenn du OmniGoat danach weiter nutzt, gilt die neue Fassung als akzeptiert.
Anwendbares Recht und Streitfälle
Es gilt französisches Recht. Bei Problemen schreib uns zuerst an hello@omnigoat.app: Wir suchen eine einvernehmliche Lösung. Andernfalls sind die nach dem Gesetz zuständigen Gerichte zuständig.
Bei Abweichungen zwischen den Sprachfassungen gilt die französische Fassung.
